HELDVeganBelts.com!
I'd to take a moment to once again thank the volunteers behind HVB. Without the efforts of this community the company wouldn't exist. When I found out I had a fist sized cancerous tumor that had to be removed last September I thought HVB was done. This generous, empathic, loving, and supportive bunch of souls picked us up and carried us over the catastrophic boiling death lava so that HELD Vegan Stuff can continue to serve the critters that cannot speak to save themselves. Right now we are still very poor but as we reach out to distribute in other regions we will reach that goal of Being a Major Contributor to other AR groups. Special thanks to Michelle Z. and Jon B. for managing the inner workings while I was in the ICU and otherwise incapacitated.
Go and click everything HVB now to make us more pronounced to other communities around the world. HELD will continue to stand firmly on solid principles no matter the adversity which does and will constantly oppose our green mission.

Thai Food Cafe' **FULL VEGAN MENU**
Oh yeah, big huge letters on the front menu page "FULL VEGAN MENU" so I felt really comfortable, even more so after talking with Thom and Meow a little bit. I'm not worried about any crossover omnivore food getting into the vegan, they are very respectful.
We had the vegan Drunken Noodles with pepper beeph and the Evil Jungle Noodle with chikun both number two on the hotness scale from 1 to 4. They were both very delicious but we wish they would stop calling it "chicken" or "Beef" since they aren't and we think those things are pretty gross.
Two is hot, hot, hot! But not so hot that you can't enjoy all the flavors swirling around. The arrangements were very pretty and highly colorful. We both preferred the beeph over the chx but at one point Melinda spit some into her napkin cause she thought it was real- its not. But that was pretty damn funny. The chx is too dense and needs to be chewed alot- according to my colonic the day after. See this is no ordinary review. I'm a performance artist who happens to be vegan- I want all the vegans and vegetarians to go and support this place. Since I ruined the review I'll just quit now, sorry about that. Really good food and great people.

EX Proyect (english)
Project X is a 1987 film produced by Parkes and Lasker and directed by Kaplan. The film makes a political commentary on the ethics of animal research.
The screenplay's premise has a fictional air force soldier named Jimmy (played by Matthew Broderick) who, as punishment for "misconduct" involving a romantic interlude in an aircraft cockpit, assigned to a top-secret military project wherein chimpanzees are trained on virtual reality flight simulators, and experiences a crisis of conscience as to the project goals.

Greenhouse Build
We start building the greenhouse this Wednesday. The space is about 20 x 10' half over a preexisting slab. Foundation work is all done.
Your motivation: you want access to fresh vegetables when the grocery store shelves dry up for one reason or another, you want experience to build your own, you want to share your experience, you want to develop community that you can count on, you want to have a good time.
Schedule (email to be certain): January 28th and 30th
February 1st, 2nd, 20th, 21st, 22nd
All times are roughly 9am to 4pm stone soup for lunch, vegan. Why?
Especially need help with the earthen wall, otherwise its just 2X6 and recycled windows.

Gnome Community Building
The Potluck was cool, about 20 people attended altogether and the food was delicious. We made mash taters and super yummy gravy- ok Melinda made the awesome gravy. We got the recipe from the new large Slingshot yep, that's how HELD remembers stuff. We had to improvise a little, the recipe is vegan but called for beer and a couple other things we don't usually keep. I think Geddon brought the sumptuous Tempeh and hummus. Was it Jade that brought the Salty Balls? Mm, I loved the way the Salty Balls felt in my mouth. Anyway tons of food just kept coming and it was all super stellar.
The whole time we were playing exquisite Gnome. You paint part of a Gnome and then pass it to someone else who paints a little more. Or if someone should happen to break a thumb- the next person sticks it to its head in a ball of dried paint. It was good fun and the gnomes turned out much nicer than I imagined they would- you know, cause vegans are such notoriously terrible artists. Party started at six and wrapped up after midnight.
